India : We provide free shipping across India.
International : Shipping charges are applicable and can be viewed at the time of checkout. The charges may vary from product to product due to the size, weight and content.
We use multiple reliable courier partners for shipping across location. Once you have placed your order you will normally get 2 emails :
- Order Received! Which will confirm your order and give you a tentative date of delivery
- Order Shipped! This will hold information regarding the courier tracking details which can be accessed using the courier partner portal listed.
Taaka clothing takes anywhere from 3 to 7 days in the making, we will send you a confirmation email regarding the same. Once your order has been shipped you should be able to receive your package within 3 to 10 days depending on your location.
Our clothing is handmade to order, so please choose carefully. However, we do understand that mistakes can be made when you order, and mistakes may occasionally slip past our vigorous quality control department.
If you do need to return an item, we’ve done our best to make this process as painless as possible.
We accept returns for items that are:
• faulty or damaged
• not what you ordered
• more than 21 days late after the delivery estimate
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must have original tags intact. If the tags have been removed we will not accept the return and will not issue a credit. If you’d like to return an item for reasons other than the above, please note that shipping charges for both initial delivery and return will not be refunded.
There are 3 options for replacing or refunding returned items: replacement, a store credit / gift card, or a refund.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
How do you return?
- Email us within 7 days of receipt of your order to be eligible for refund or exchange. In your email please include: the order number, the item number, the reason for the return, whether you’d like a replacement, refund, or store credit.
- You’ll hear back from our customer support staff within 1-3 business days. DO NOT return items without prior authorization; the return will not be accepted.
- We’ll replace or refund any item that is found to be defective with an identical item provided that we are notified of the defect within 7 days of delivery to you. After the 7 days we will no longer be responsible for any defects found. Please inspect your items upon receipt. Taaka clothing will not replace or refund any merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a we will issue a coupon for the value that can be redeemed with next purchase. This coupon can only be used for in-store purchase on www.taakaclothing.com and cannot be redeemed in cash.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are a homegrown label and our policy towards ethical pricing does not support increasing the prices on all items by including return courier charges (as we are hoping that this is a rarity).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
